The game mechanics are not build to offer good gameplay, the game mechanics are build to cash money, and there are real real bad gameplay decissions they made just on purpose, while knowing its a bad idea, cause they thought that way they could earn more money.

Is Payday fun alone : Playing solo is not the easiest, especially in a game designed around the teamwork of 4 players. However, it's not impossible, and it can add a layer of fun to conquer the challenging Payday 3 heists as a solo player, and avoid sharing the cut of the illustrious loot found from within.
