Why isn’t Battle for Middle Earth on Steam : Not possible. EA doesn't have rights for LotR franchise anymore so they can't make new releases of their LotR games – and putting it on Steam would be a new release. As for Generals – it's probably (unfortunately) too offensive in today's political climate. WB can do it, if people can get them to.

The problem when installing it on Windows 11 is that the default resolution is set to 800 x 600, which is too small. You can increase it a little bit in the in-game options, but not much.
