Yuuki has children with both Kaname and Zero. She has one daughter with Kaname, Ai Kuran, and one daughter with Zero, Ren Kiryu. After Kaname makes his sacrifice, Zero acts more paternal to Ai, and is grateful for how she nurtures Ren.The father to Yuuki's daughter is Kaname, and the father to her son is Zero.Yuki first ends up with Kaname, but after he sacrificed his heart to create more anti-vampire weapons, she ends up with Zero who helped her raise her and Kaname's daughter Ai Kuran. Zero and Yuki then end up having a son named Ren Kiryu.

After the cancellation of the series, creator James LaRosa revealed that Zero eventually returns and marries Jude, and the two have a daughter.
