An era doesn't really have a specific set amount of time. For example the first era was 2920 years long. The second was 896 years long I believe. The third was 433 years and the fourth era is at least 201 years old.The Second Era lasted 896 years, beginning with the death of the Reman dynasty at the hands of the Morag Tong, and ending with Tiber Septim's harnessing of the Numidium and bringing peace to Tamriel. The First Era, also called the First Age, was a time period lasting 2920 years. This article is a chronological record of First Era events, from the founding of the Camoran Dynasty to the assassination of Emperor Reman Cyrodiil III.

Is Skyrim ok for a 9 year old

In my opinion a 12 and above would be okay for the game. If you allow them to play games like Sims (Sims probably have more sexual content then this game) Gears Of War (A really bloody game) or DeadSpace your kid should be mature enough to handle the game. Thanks for reading.

Due to the relatively few sexual themes, I would recommend 11+ for most, but a very mature 9yr old could also play this game. Parents should still occasionally check in on the game to make sure their child is not engaging in weird activities. Minor swearing (“D—n You!”), so if you have an issue with that be mindful. It is the fifth main installment in The Elder Scrolls series, following The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (2006), and was released worldwide for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on November 11, 2011.
