I'm giving this as a pro for NHL 24 for one reason – it's a change. Good or bad, the dev team decided to change the gameplay, and one thing I can say for sure is that NHL 24 does not feel like its previous predecessors.

Why is Connor Bedard not in EA NHL 24

He'll have to play his first NHL shift in order to be added to the roster. Connor Bedard is in the game playing for Regina in the WHL. There really shouldn't be any reason EA can't assign players from this years draft to their teams when the players are already in the game. At least he is on Chicago for Franchise Mode.

Bedard hasn't played since Jan. 5 because of his jaw injury. The 18-year-old rookie has 15 goals and 33 points in 39 outings in 2023-24.
