There is no difference in GTA V. It doesn't matter if you have 16 or 32 GB.It eventually put on weight due to content that was added for the online game. than add the ton of clothes(over 5000 items), livery, properties(over 200 but many of them share same interior) etc… Most of that 100GB went towards GTA Online.
