Hitman 2's levels are, according to players, much better. They combine a tense storyline with excellent action, creating the perfect mix. The Mumbai, Miami, or the Isle of Sgail levels are considered the best in the series, completely crashing the missions from part three.The final chapter in the World of Assassination trilogy, Hitman 3 is arguably the best Hitman game of all time.i think 3 is the best. Fantastic maps, the story gets extremely good, it has all of the mechanics from 2 plus the camera, which while undercooked as a mechanic is still a fun addition to your arsenal. My first Hitman game was Absolution, and while I enjoyed it to a certain degree, something didn't feel right.

Is Hitman 2 the best : Hitman 2 is considered an improvement over Hitman (2016) in almost every area aside from its story and that makes it arguably a superior game on balance. In reality, Hitman (2016) is still considered by many to be the better title, and replaying Hitman 2 gives an important insight as to why.

Should I play Hitman 2 before 3

The story is a joke, and all three games are basically map packs. So you can play Hitman 3 first, and then play the maps for Hitman 1 and 2 later, and you won't miss out on anything.

Why is Hitman 2 so hard : In fact, Hitman 2 is definitely the most difficult of the series, partly because of buggy missions like At The Gates. There's nothing stopping you being stealthy though. Just brain people and try not to get caught.

The main campaign is the same and there're notable better gameplay mechanics that have been implemented in the newer game. Hitman World of Assassination (Hitman 3) also contains all three games in the series and includes new game modes that are not present in Hitman 1.

The levels in Hitman 3 are more experimental in nature, with the developer changing up the gameplay formula in certain missions (e.g., the Berlin level), and implementing older ideas that they had not been able to implement (e.g., the murder-mystery in the Dartmoor level).

You should start with Blood Money or this game (HITMAN 2016) if you want to get into the series. The older games (Codename 47, Silent Assassin, Contracts) are still worth playing to this day so if you like how the games work then be sure to try them out too. Absolution is a fine game.
