The two aren't really comparable gameplaywise. This is a FPS and Mad Max is more like a Batman clone. Depending on which style you prefer should dictate which you might want. Mad Max also has more vehicle progression, while Rage 2 has better character progression.

When an enemy is killed there are blood splatters and guts, as well as explicit sounds when an enemy is shot.
