If you want to 100% the map it's maybe 20 hours or so. I don't mind short games, in fact, these days, I kind of relish them, but the way Rage 2 is short feels kind of strange. This is an open world game, essentially, without sidequests, and maybe… 11-12 missions total, when you really get down to it.

This of course is one of the main "attractions" when it comes to the Mad Max series, and is also the most popular out of the older trilogy. It was simply more aggressive with more dangerous enemies and had a more interesting and unique survival story compared to the original Mad Max.

Shooter fans will like RAGE, but it's lack of story or really innovative elements won't attract new players that didn't love other id games. I hoped for more, guys. As a fun and frenetic FPS, Rage delivers in spades. That the same can't be said for the game's story is a real shame.

Language: Often use of the word s*** and a** Occasional use of the f bomb. Violence: Extreme gore. When an enemy is killed there are blood splatters and guts, as well as explicit sounds when an enemy is shot. But unless your child is extremely sensitive, it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
