Its unlisted. They want people to buy the Special Edition. Notice: At the request of the publisher, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is unlisted on the Steam store and will not appear in search. It will not go on sale either.

Can I play Skyrim forever : You can complete all the main quests, side quests, etc. eventually when the ebony warrior pops up you can pretty much assure yourself that your basically almost if not at 100% done with Skyrim. But with quests like Dark Brotherhood forever, the companions jobs, Thieves guild quests. There's just no end.

If you already own Skyrim and all the DLC, you will automatically receive the Special Edition for free on October 28, 2016. It will be in your game library and listed as “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition.”
