this book is perfect for ages 10+. it has very good messages, funny characters, and overall just an entertaining plot. there is little swearing, but i personally don't think a few words should make you miss out on reading this amazing book.

However, the book does have an unexpected scene in Poet's Corner which may not be appropriate for immature tweets/teens (although it is only a few paragraphs). There is also a lot of kissing which may bother younger audiences. This book is for mature tweens/teens.Between the ages of 8 and 10, children's reading journeys change dramatically. While they continue to master pronunciation and build vocabulary, they are also expected to read more and understand more complex texts, further testing their comprehension skills and ability to process facts and events.

What is the hardest level of reading : The fourth and most difficult level of reading is syntopical reading. It is the most complex and systematic type of reading of all.
