Can a 11 year old read it book : There are many reviews from parents stating that the book is a nightmare for kids below 16. So you may have to wait a while before reading it as the book is not child friendly. You can watch the movie instead. The book is always better, actually best, but in this case you better watch the movie for now.

What is hyperlexia

Hyperlexia is advanced and unexpected reading skills and abilities in children way beyond their chronological age. It is a fairly recently named condition (1967) although earlier descriptions of precocious reading do exist.At this age, your kids can probably handle everything J.K. Rowling sends their way, but you might want to watch the more mature movies with them. Read: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Book 7) Harry Potter and the Cursed Child: Parts One and Two (This is good for kids age 10+ but includes spoilers for Book 7.This does not mean that others can't read / watch and understand Harry Potter. Its just that book four onwards might be a little frightening to kids below 8. If you are asking for an academic level, they are rated at 4th to 7th grade levels through the accelerated reader program.

Kids under 13, should wait until they are a little more mature, or should read this book with a parent or parental figure. Depending on the maturity of your kid, I would say that 10 or 11is the youngest a kid should read 1984.

Is the movie it ok for 11 year olds : Due to the graphic and intense nature of the movie, it may not be suitable for children under 12 or 13.

How long should a 12 year old read per day : Reading 20 minutes per day has been shown to have many positive benefits. Did you know… Children who read 20 minutes a day/5 days a week are exposed to 1.8 million words in one school year. Compare this to students who read 5 minutes per day – they will be exposed to 282,000 words per school year.
